1. Personalised Products
Every book is custom-made using the details you provide - your child’s name and chosen words.
Please double-check spelling before submitting your order, as we print exactly as entered.
Because each book is unique to you:
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or reprints for spelling mistakes, incorrect words, or change-of-mind cancellations once your order has been placed.
No proofs or previews are sent before printing.
2. Order Process
After placing your order and submitting your child’s details, our team begins preparing your book for print.
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after checkout.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible - we can only make changes if printing hasn’t started.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 15–20 business days, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided once your book ships.
Words I Know isn’t responsible for postal or customs delays, or for incorrect delivery details provided during checkout.
If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, please email us with photos within 7 days of receiving it - we’ll happily arrange a replacement.
4. Payment
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
5. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers (such as discount codes or referral bonuses) must be applied at the time of purchase.
They can’t be added or refunded after checkout and can’t be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
6. Safety & Intended Use
Our books are designed for parents and caregivers to enjoy with young children (ages 1–4).
They are not intended as toys or for unsupervised play, and should be kept out of reach of children who may chew or tear pages.
7. Data & Privacy
We collect only the information needed to personalize and deliver your book.
Your data is stored securely and never shared with third parties except where required to complete your order (such as printing and shipping).
